- I have taken over the charge of Principal Controller on up-gradation of the organization to Pr CDA(O) on 22 Sep 09. I look forward to continuing the tradition of rendering efficient services and it would be my continuous endeavor to keep our systems proficient.
- We have mostly completed the work of implementation of Sixth Pay Commission Orders, which were received at different points, in time. Revised pay alongwith 100% arrears in respect of all serving officers including re-employed officers and MNS (Local) have been released during this month.
- In case of NCC Officers, release of 100% arrears has been done in Sep 09, only in case of officers not covered under NPS and also in cases where officers covered under NPS have sent the duly filled application form for allotment of PRAN.
- In case of re-employed officers released from service, payment of arrears is in progress and will be released shortly.
- For convenience and ease of officers, Statement of Account (SoA) for last six months including Sep 09 have also been uploaded on the website which can be copied / printed from source.
- Financial effect on pay fixation with reference to the option on promotion after 01.01.2006 upto 11.10.2008, as specified in Sixth Pay Commission orders, will be forwarded to all affected officers, shortly, to enable them to exercise better option and to confirm us for revision of their pay accordingly.
- NSG allowance with effect from 11.10.2002 is under revision. Corresponding recovery up to 31.08.2008 and further arrears as per 6th CPC orders wef 01.09.2008 till date will be reflected in SoA of Oct 09.
